How Can we Help?
A person who cannot care for themselves or their property may need a guardian.
Guardianship is a legal process overseen by the courts and does provide for care as well as oversight, to protect the incapacitated person. The courts require and audit comprehensive Care Plans as well as Regular Accounting for assets and expenditures.
For some, Guardianship is the best option. However, Guardianship is a method of last resort, and other less restrictive options may exist, such as Pre-need Guardian, Health Care Surrogacy, Personal Representative, and/or Durable Power of Attorney.
We can also help with Wills, Trusts and Estate Management, to preserve and professionally manage estates no-matter the size.
